I haven’t encountered a single soul. Except for me. Not that many speak Klingon, either, maybe 20-100 worldwide.
Why learn Vulcan?
It’s a very simple language and it will help you learn other languages. Think of it as a fun code. It can also help you get more into languages or Star Trek, if you’re interested in either of those things.
